 The support you choose depends on what you’re hoping to explore or achieve. My role is to help co-create a space where awareness, growth and change can take place.  


Sessions are tailored to you and can take place either face-to-face at a therapeutic space in Brighton or online via a secure video platform.

 Offers a supportive space to gently explore your inner and outer worlds, with a focus on the past and the present. Maybe looking at how past experiences may be impacting the present and future.  It can help deepen self-awareness, work through challenges, and support emotional healing.

 Is more goal-oriented, focusing on personal or professional aspirations. It’s designed to help you gain clarity, build motivation, and take meaningful steps toward the changes that you want to make.

Counselling and psychotherapy offer a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you're facing a specific challenge, feeling stuck, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, therapy provides a place to be heard without judgment. 


While the terms are often used interchangeably, counselling tends to focus on shorter-term support for specific issues, while psychotherapy can explore deeper, long-standing patterns over a longer period. Both approaches help you make sense of your emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and create sustainable change in your life. 


Personal Consultancy is a distinctive and integrative approach that blends counselling insights with coaching techniques. It offers a space to gently explore past experiences and the patterns that may have formed from them. From this deeper self-awareness, we can begin to shape meaningful change and build more supportive ways of being for the future.


Every person’s journey is unique. My role is to walk alongside you, to listen with care, offer insight, and support you in finding your own path forward. 

Fee and session information

Face-to-face or online sessions are charged at £70 per session. Sessions last 50 minutes and are held weekly at the same day and time, offering a consistent space for support. This can be short-term or open-ended, depending on what feels right for you. You're welcome to meet face-to-face in a comfortable therapeutic space in Brighton or connect online through a secure video platform, whichever suits you best.

Through one-to-one sessions, we work together to identify your strengths, clarify your values, and address patterns or obstacles that may be holding you back. Coaching draws on reflective dialogue, practical tools, and personalised strategies to help you lead with authenticity, resilience, and purpose. 


Whether you're seeking to improve communication, manage change, build stronger teams, or simply find more balance in your leadership journey, leadership coaching creates space for growth that’s both meaningful and sustainable. 

Life Coaching

Provides a supportive and collaborative space to help you move forward in areas of your life where you may feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for change. It’s future-focused and practical, designed to help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take confident steps toward the life you want to create. 


Together, we explore what matters most to you; your values, strengths, and aspirations. We explore any patterns, beliefs or obstacles that may be getting in the way. Through guided reflection and practical tools, life coaching helps you build momentum, make aligned decisions, and create positive, lasting change. 


Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking more purpose, or simply want to feel more empowered in your day-to-day life, coaching provides a space to grow with intention and support. 

Fee and session information

For Therapeutic coaching, fees are agreed upon request. 

Coaching packages are tailored to your needs and goals.
